Our dryer broke and the local repair service in Ludlow was not taking any appointments. Tim was able to visit us the very same day we called him. He quickly diagnosed the problem (thermostat blew), ordered the parts and returned again in 2 days after the parts arrived. Very highly recommended. I will definitely use him again.
