Last week, I contacted Char at American Family Insurance. I want to commend her for an outstanding job getting me homeowners insurance so quickly. She explained everything and called me each time she would promise me she would (which is rare around here). I knew from the first time I spoke to her, I was in good hands. She also told me not to worry about anything. I plan to move my car insurance over to her now too. I will also recommend all my friends to Char anytime someone asks me about insurance. My husband Dal Eyre and I joined up with American family when we moved to Lake Havasu City in 2017. We met Char Escamilla on our first visit and have had nothing but the most perfect customer service anyone could want. My husband passed away this last August and once again Char has-been awesome to work through all the emotional and Technical complications one has when death steals away a loved one. I will enjoy many years with American family and pray there's always a Char in my experiences.
