Went searching for a receipt that would let me know when I had my last oil change. Couldn't find it so called Alderman's Toyota . It's been a year! Oh my Gawd! I usually get an oil change twice a year. My bad. So the shop had a cancellation for 10:15 am, to which I arrived promptly. Never got out of the shop until 12:55. Almost 3 hours for an oil change! Gawd! Then they rotated my tires without first mentioning it to me. I simply asked if they could check for a vibration I was feeling while driving. Must think I'm made of money and an extra expense wouldn't be a big deal.
