Nice... Friendly... Not very competent with a canned Sales Pitch then ok your time is up😳. Questions left unanswered but we followed up with his assistant who was pleasant but wouldn’t stop talking, even talking over me when I tried to tell her she had the wrong information which didn’t get corrected. Numerous calls back to no avail as she could not spell my name at this point nor remember where she placed our file. Good news is we gave up and found Aldridge Insurance who is fantastic and followed through every step.

We always see Mike. He is so informative and helps us to understand the insurance that's best for us. We would not go anywhere else. Oh, we love seeing Robin too.
