I recently started seeing a new PA here, Katelyn Jupin, and she is by far the most compassionate doctor I have ever here. She doesn't rush the appointment along, she listens to every worry I have and explains everything clearly. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. Also front desk staff are always friendly and my appointments are always on time!

First off I don't usually review unless a very positive experience or very negative anyway. My son had bumps that were not there a few hours before appear and spread rapidly to both legs we call castleton because this is where he is seen yes its 7:20 nurse says what time can you be here by? 20-25 minutes so 7:45 max she says I don't know if we will be here we close at 8:00 then we reiterate we can br there by 7:45 she again says they may not be there and insists we go to an ER then proceed to hang up. I'm 100% done with this place and pulling my kids primary from there as well. Want to be in the field? Do your job glad volunteer fire departments and EMS don't have this same thought process.

The compassion and care at this facility is pretty great. They are sometimes busy but they treat every client the same and do their best to help. The express clinic is usually timely and considerate as well

I went to the Castleton clinic because I was bit by a tick and was nervous about Lyme disease. A friend of mine that is a nurse insisted that I go to get checked for Lyme before it could become a big issue. Making the appointment was quick and easy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. My older brother came with me to be supportive. When the doctor, Pauline, came in, it was clear that she viewed my tick bite as a waste of her time. She was very demeaning for the duration of the appointment. She seemed to think that I had some kind of alterior motive for coming in. I don’t know why she would think that I would fake a tick bite, but it was so rude. In Pauline’s post appointment write up she assumed that my brother was my boyfriend. She mentioned that I came into the office with my “boyfriend” in the first sentence of the write up, as if that took away from the seriousness of my visit. She then wrote that she doubted everything that I had told her about the tick bite. It was really a ridiculous doctors visit. I went in to get help for what could have been a serious illness and instead of getting help or compassion I was belittled and talked down to. I honestly have no idea what Pauline could have been thinking to treat someone in the way that she treated me.

Dr. Julie Foster has been very kind, compassionate and willing to learn about my medical condition. She has been very willing to work with my other Dr. in NH. I am fortunate to have Dr. Foster as my primary care Dr.
Similar place
