My family feels fortunate to have chosen Marcy Lindstedt as our agent for an out of state, sight-unseen purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local area. She responded immediately to calls and emails, and we never waited more than a few minutes for answers to our questions. She worked diligently for us, did walk-through videos, and kept us informed in different time zones (14 hours- which was not easy). She assisted with a lender change and suggested modifications that made the purchase much easier. She is friendly, a great communicator, and a delight to do business with. We recommend her with extreme confidence.

Century 21 was the second agency we used to sell our farm and it sold in about a month! This was a fantastic outcome; we had previously listed it with another agency for over six months with minimal activity and NO offers. We had long heard that Century 21 was “the” real estate company in the area, especially for unique properties. Their agents are known to be thorough and professional. Our family is very happy with the sale to well-suited buyers. Our only regret is that we did not list with them initially.
