I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion in this company. They have insight and suggestions that we never thought of in the midst of our tragedy and we are forever thankful

We had a nurse come in one time a week for my dad. He is 95 years old and going blind. His care giver verbally threatened my dad and me that she was going to report him to Adult Protection Services. She said he was lethargic and not answering questions. I got there and he was fine. I spoke with him and he answered the questions. She then told me this visit was to recertify him for care but she will report him. Dad told her he was not going to the hospital or any where else and she said she will take that as his decline for future services. With her attitude I stand by dad. I don’t think they Should use threatening tones to any of their patients.
