Clean and well maintained place. Friendly and professional staff. Can be a little difficult to get their attention when it gets busy. Good food. The breakfast seems to be a bit overpriced compared to what's available in the cafes in the village about 4 miles from the resort. All precautions are taken for COVID.

That club sandwich (added chicken) is the flavor bomb! Sure it's a bit on the pricier side for a sandwich but it's off the charts! It's so hard to order something else because it's that good. The fries that come with are some of the best around too.

We used to love coming to the roost. It’s a beautiful setting, a beautiful bar and had very good food. At least it was in previous years. This year with Covid things have certainly changed. The menu was minimal and the drinks were way too expensive. I had a plain margarita very unremarkable, It was bar mix and a shot of tequila in about a 6 oz Glass for $15. We had a salad with shrimp, three shrimp to be exact, for $26 and two tacos made with chicken thighs for $17. Our bill was about $100 with tip for a small meal and a couple of drinks. It was a favorite spot for many years but sadly one will likely not return to. I hope in future years it goes back to what it used to be.

Fantastic saffron risotto! Beautiful atmosphere. You'll need reservations...or do take away.
