We had great intentions to come to a yummy sushi place while in Stowe. Reviews were mixed but we were in the mood for sushi. We called to get a reservation and they said they can only accept them 30 minutes out and to call back 30 minutes before we want to come. We called back 30 minutes before we wanted to go and were told it would be an hour wait. That was pushing it a bit but agreed. We showed up 10 minutes early to make sure we were good and was told they were about 15 minutes behind so our 6:15 reservation would now be 6:30. Mind you, we called at 5 to get the reservation. We were finally seated at 7:00. When we sat down we were told sushi would take 45 minutes or more. The people next to us said they had been waiting over an hour for sushi. We left and went to a neighboring place and had great service.nnNote to management: if you cannot serve this many people, don’t seat them. Let people know. There were a lot of angry customers complaining and the waiters were kind but strapped by terrible management decisions making it impossible to do their jobs.

Very yummy! Highly recommendn- I got the Small Sushi Boat, which was enough to completely fill me (I eat a lot of sushi!) - It cost $60n- They do not offer endless or all you can sushin- They have a good selection of beers to choose from ( a lot of IPAs)n- They can accommodate for people who have a gluten allergy (gluten free)

Food and service were both good. You can't order from the hibachi menu unless you sit inside at the hibachi tables which isn't a big deal, but something to know before you go. Portion sizes were good for the price. Cocktails were strong, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

What an incredible experience!! Food was amazing and the experience at the hibachi was awesome!! My wife and I have both been in the restaurant industry our whole lives and we appreciate fantastic service as much as we scrutinize bad service. This restaurant made us feel amazing even though it was the off-season and there was nobody in the whole place. The food WAS INCREDIBLE. I had filet, lobster tail, scallops, noodles, veggies, and shrimp.... My wife had filet, chicken, rice and veggies. Wow!

Wonderful service and food! My wife had the tofu and veggie tempura and I had the Sashimi dinner. All the ingredients were fresh, well prepared and delicious! Great service and atmosphere too. Highly recommend for Sushi, Sashimi or other Asian cuisine!!
