I need a quick repair on my Swiss Army Watch. Melisa at the front desk and the jeweler that did the repair were extremely helpful and accommodating.
My fiancé and I chose a diamond engagement ring here which Melissa had put into a new setting. When he proposed, the ring was much too small. I could not even get it onto my baby finger. I live in Boston, so going up to Vermont on short notice was not an option. Add in the cost of gas and time on a Friday (3.5 hours drive one way) and it was not an option to drive up to correct it. I got it resized in the Boston area where I live. Bryan reimbursed my fiancé for the cost. Thank you for standing behind an honest sizing error. Another store may not have.nMary Dyer

Wonderful shop, very friendly! Proposed to my fiance while snowboarding, took a guess to the ring size and missed it by a size and a half lol. We stopped in to get it resized, they we're very helpful and professional. Did a flawless job, and very reasonably priced.
