I was referred to Chuck’s by Home Depot service. They agreed to take my service call, but then didn’t show up and didn’t return my calls for multiple days. When they did call back, they were unapologetic about not showing up and making it impossible for us to reschedule through Home Depot because they had already accepted the bid. Ridiculous and frustrating to interact with.

As others, Chuck came out to look at my Capital stove. Diagnosed the problem and couple weeks later called and claimed they were trying to order the part. About three weeks later (today) tried to call to see whats up. No answer, no voicemail just rings and rings. Would never recommend.

Problems with our refrigerator not cooling. Chuck showed up on schedule, knew right away what the problem was, had the parts in his van and had it working in short order.
