This is a food truck, but think of it as a restaurant with outdoor seating. There are plenty of picnic benches (some even with umbrellas) in the grass surrounding the truck. They have a pretty extensive menu, so we decided to keep it simple and went for the spiciest burger and the burger with the most mushrooms we could find. They did not disappoint. The burgers themselves are of decent size and the fries are very filling. If, however, you still have some room left at the end, just walk over to the ice cream and milkshake truck next door!
It was just the right amount of food for two people. A little bonus: we didn't have a reservation so planned to do takeout. However, when a table opened up at the last minute, they kindly offered it to us. Great food, welcoming staff.
Best burger I've had in forever. Fresh local beef, fresh veggies, great roll. Service is a little slow, but there was a long line and only a couple of people working. They're hiring, if anyone is looking in that area!
Had lunch at the Burger Barn was as expected, pretty tasty. Nothing outstanding about the food but it was good. We ordered several things and everything was hot and tasty. I use the word tasty over delicious because after all its fast food from a food truck. The quantity of food for the price was equivalent. The service was fast and friendly. I take away 1 star because the outside of the building was really unkept and down right raggedy. It's cash only so come prepared.
Great burgers, love the variety of burger options (and their names), the fries are great, the Mr. Chicken & Friends is an awesome appetizer!
