The burgers and fries were delicious. We sat out back on the deck over looking beautiful lake Champlain. We got our food sooner than expected and even though it was a chilly day to be eating out there the food was hot when it arrived. Only complaint only one girl working out there and we didn’t get napkins or utensils and since the girl working down there was right out straight wiping down tables, moving tables, as well as tending the bar we got up and got our own napkins and managed the burgers and fries with our fingers. Will go back next summer when it’s warm.

We jet skied up to the dock and sat under the tent with a view. Such a unique experience, so fun. And the food...the food was out of this world. Highly recommend.

Whoever decided to build a deck on top of storage containers is an absolute genius. I wonder if they actually store stuff in those containers..

Four of us ordered our meals at the front entrance tent & were told to be seated (had reservations) above by the lake where our food would be delivered, we were given a number to be placed on the table. After seeing others, who were seated after us, being served, we wondered why. The hostess finally came & said our meals were in a cart by the entrance door for us to collect, as she was unable to serve to us. After eating the COLD burgers & fries, we realized that the delivery waitress did not spend the time to locate our NUMBERED table, & just left our meals on the food cart, figuring the hostess would deliver them. Our food must have sat unnoticed for about 10 minutes. Blue Paddle's well thought out plan of ordering, to table delivery, has holes. Nothing worse than four cold dinners!!!

We are patrons of the Blue Paddle Bistro and have wanted to try their new venture. We were pleased to find the staff and service on par with their other location. The set up is ingenious and a great use of space. The view from the covered deck is what VT is all about!
