I was down looking at properties with my parents a few weeks ago and this park was by far the nicest park by far, everything is either paved, concrete or gravel, NO DIRT!! Very modern park, clean, customizable lots, community areas amd pools. I sure am glad they chose this place!

Visited a friend. Nice place, excellent upkeep, and friendly folks!
Was trying to rent from private party. Wanted to look at facility. Called office to sign in. Lady would not listen, but kept saying they had nothing to do with rentals. We tried to get across we wanted to look at facility such as office ect. She would not let us in. So renter lost customer and we are at different park on the Island for 6 months next year. Did not sound like a place you would want to be. Probably why all the rentals and for sales.
Visited a year ago. Very nice.! Hoping to come back this fall.
