I blew out the sidewall of my tire in a pothole and managed to limp back to this Valero with 3 young kids in the van. They wouldn't let my son use the bathroom while we waited for a tow, even knowing that we were in an exceptional circumstance. The whole family ended up having to walk down the street until we found one.
