Uhh Awful.....The woman who was taking the orders was extremely rude. We tried ordering and when asked what we wanted for a drink, we let her know. She didnt hear so preceded to yell at us that it comes with a drink and we need to decide before just going ahead and ordering more food. Then, before we could even order any more food she immediately said the total and moved us on our way. She was very loud and you could her speak to every customer in line like that.

Was craving some extra crispy chicken tonight, and decided to call ahead here to place an order while I ran into Hannafords. Lady was nice, and told me upon arriving just to go through the drive through and tell them my name. Well I drive up to the now busy restaurant, and find myself sitting behind a line of cars placing their order. Waiting and waiting all I can think is my chicken won’t be the way I want it by the time I get to it. Why can’t the place be open inside to the people who order over the phone? Or why can’t they have staff members equipped with masks to run the orders out? Plenty of other places have made ways to adapt to the situation, and keep customers happy which in-turn keeps sales. The building needs to be remodeled as well, another reason why one wouldn’t Want to come here! Sagging trim, fading colors and signs, two food chains competing under the same roof (in one small as kitchen). The design doesn’t go well with the times anymore, and everything is constantly changing and this place needs a major make over. The parking lot is plenty big enough to have the building extended to give Taco Bell it’s own area to work with. Splitting the orders to be made where they are ordered from would make a proficient service and tastier food. Hope to see some changes made to make Saint albans the place it wants to be. We are the future, let’s shape it up.

Ordered on line with grubhub.nGot to the restaurant and 5 cars in front of me. Ordered the $20 fill up.nExtra crispy, more like extra burnt, breasts were horrible and burnt, of the 8 pieces the drumsticks were all that were palatable.nMashed potatoes were barely warm the gray was congealed, coleslaw was more warm than cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock.nWill send a request through grubhub for a refund. The whole meal was a waste of money not to mention the 35 minutes in the drive thru to pick up as the lobby is not open to even pick up to go orders.

Tonight is the third time I ordered a meal which included a chicken breast and gotten a thigh, which I do not like. If you work at a KFC and cannot tell the difference, maybe you should not be working there. If you are reading this, please know there is a reason the rating is (currently) 2.7. I now fully understand, you should too.

For sure never be back they had no food would not take cash got home with wrong food NEVER AGAIN and I'll spread the word
