Walgreens Pharmacy

Stood 45 min in a line waiting to pick up a prescription I had called in, no one in line had a mask on and people were bunched together while waiting for the slow service. I felt unsafe and when I did finally get my turn they told me I would have to wait another 30 min. I left and transferred my prescription to hannaford’s pharmacy. I would not recommend doing business here.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. This place is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phones, if they do they will tell you there is no prescription for you there then thirty to forty minutes later you will get an email saying your prescription is ready. Wouldn't be a problem if we didn't live 30 minutes away from the location so we have to drive there two times just to get our medications. This place is a total joke. They legit let the phones ring and ring and then if they do answer they just hang up on you. Mark the Pharmacsist and Jessica the Pharmacsist tech are outstanding throughout with all there interactions. I’ve been a patient at rite aid for years and have always felt so much respect from everyone but these two clearly love what they do and have treated me with respect and always on top of any issues with insurance and always help u plan ahead so you have what you need in a timely manner. Mark is a mouth dropping Pharmacsist that by far is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. He takes amazing care and attentive to all his patients. Thanks mark and Jessica for making Rite aid a team!

Prescription's are rarely ready when you arrive to pick them up. Pharmacy almost always has a line. NO restroom for customers.nnConsidering often long pharmacy waits it is especially wrong to not give customers access to a restroom. In fact, they recommended I go the the business nextdoor.nnWhen I finally asked to make a complaint in regards to the woman at the register about what I considered rude behavior, a pharmacist came to speak to me. This pharmacist on this occasion and others in the past, has always been very professional and extremely nice. However, I don't believe she adequately addressed the problem and wouldn't provide me with the name of staff member I was complaining about. Many of the pharmacy team weren't wearing name tags or they were at least partially hidden under outer garments, or so low on their clothing they were hidden by the counter.

Dirty store. Only one person usually working the register. I'd recommend going somewhere else.
