Everyone who works there seem like they don't want to be there. The people who work there are very rude. It's very disorganized and I really recommend if you can go to Burlington, do it.nThe lady at counter 5.nI hope you get her.
My son had driving test here a few years back and lady was very very rude, they got him in almost 2 hours past scheduled appointment for driving test, and then after she was very snobby to us. Really reccomend Newport or Burlington dmvs not these bozos
Short wait and good customer service. So so so much better than the one in Burlington!
I went to take a road test after practicing for hour every day and I had a test scheduled for 9. Turns out it's first come first serve so the appointment I scheduled was essentially useless because I was waiting for and roughly an hour+ decpite showing up 20 to 15 minutes early. When I finally get to my test the instructor conducting the exam would mark me for ever single little thing, it was clear he wasn't look for good he was looking for perfection. Every person who took the test before me also failed and I find it hard to believe that it was the drivers fault especially after experiencing the instructor first hand. I do not recommend this place they are extremely slow, there hours aren't posted anywhere, when you make an appointment expect to be waiting at least another hour, and overall just a mess of a DMV.
Literally will not answer the phones. 90% of the time its a busy tone, and the other 10% you have to wait 20 to 45 minutes just to have a rather rude worker talk down to you!
