So, whoever measures the sizes of the photos needs a new job. Got back that the picture didn't fit the 1-1 3/8in rule... but it does. Used a ruler and a tape measure to check. Wish I could upload the pictures! The usps took the photo specifically for a passport. You can call and have an appeal sent in but the representative will just tell you it'll be faster to send a new picture if you need your passport by a certain time. The ladies were nice and professional on the phone though so that's why 2 instead of 1 star.
service was quick and the employees were all very kind. my original passport application got bogged down and i was afraid i wasnt going to be able to leave the country in time for my flight. within 2 hours of my visit here i had a passport and was happily on my way :)
Wow, total life savers in this building. Made my appt at 9, appt was at 1030, arrived at 1020 and was done by 1035!!! Picking up my passport at 2pm today! Amazing! Faster than the DMV and everyone was delightful to speak with.
Impressive service! So happy to have had this option for a quick and painless passport renewal while traveling.
