Used in past and very happy. Came last Friday for service call for dryer. Dryer needed replacement.(no worries). Set up delivery of a replacement washer and dryer for today. One guy came and couldn't do it on his own (no worries) and would be back with another guy (no worries). Got a call stating they didn't want to deliver because it would take 3 guys to get washer and dryer in my basement. (I get it)nBUT they couldn't have figured this out last Friday at service call!? Totally would have understood!nDont say you're going to do something and not do it.nHavent done laundry for a week and I refuse to use a laundry mat! Thank you Thibault's.nK@rma!

I’m with John. Like all decent companies, who forget where they came from. That would best describe Thibault’s. A totally unresponsive company, hardly ever open. For starters you could update your website once in a while.They used to have a nice woman who worked there for years. Now when I have to deal with them it’s always somebody different. A tell tale sign of a company that can’t keep help. I’m a firm believer in appliance stores. The ones who service what they sell. Just not this one anymore.Time to take my business to Essex. Company is unresponsive, unreliable and makes up phony excuses to avoid work. I very rarely call out companies like this, however, when I am lied to I'll make an exception.

My oven stopped working, while the stove worked perfectly fine. Called Thibault's and they came out and fixed the stove really quick. No upselling or lying about a non existent problem. Was changed for the basic house call fee and for 20 minutes of work. Very satisfied with the honest service I received.
