I absolutely love this establishment, the ambiance was amazing they followed COVID precautions. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I had a great massage today by reflexologist Kate. I had so many knots and hold so much tension in my trap area. I normally have a male therapist but Kate was excellent patient and precise attending to my problem area. I’m just in town for the weekend but next time I’m in St. Albans I will be sure to book another session.
The minute I came in I was instantly relaxed by being met with the smells of aromatherapy. Right away I was offered a drink of water or tea. My massage therapist was already waiting for me! She (I think her name was krista) got into all my knots perfectly. Left feeling so happy
