How is this company even in business? Our builder purchased Hunter Douglas shades throughout our home from Dave & Kathy at Blind Design. A year later when we needed service on a broken motor they were nowhere to be found. I called them 6 times over a two month period they never returned one call. I even got Hunter Douglas involved they told Hunter Douglas they would call us and repair the shade, they never called. HD finally referred us to "Marin Window Fashions", they were at our home two days later to repair our blinds. If you buy from Blind Design you'll never see or hear from them again.....
Dave, never called me once....Never heard from him, spoke to Kathy once. Even now he’s never called would rather Lie on a public forum. Look at reviews on Yelp: 2 Stars.
Amazing customer service, answered any questions i had and made the install comfortable and the security of my home right at home..GREAT JOB BLIND DESIGN..HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!
