When I brought my brand new, only shot once, gun in I was so excited! RTT discovered that there had been a catastrophic failure in the mag well. They went to work on the manufacturer to get things straight for me. It took them months of fighting, but they stuck to it and I am so happy with my beautiful new weapon! You can trust they will treat you right! Thank you, RTT!

I have had very poor luck with an AR-15 from RTT. It is back with them again. We will see if they can resolve the rifle’s issues. Nice people; I just hope they can get the thing squared away. I will report back with the outcome, good or bad. As an update, RTT never resolved the issue of jamming even though they claimed there is no issue. If there is such a thing as a lemon AR-15, I got one from RTT. I’m hoping that it will work better as a boat anchor than it has as a rifle. Shop elsewhere

Had these guys mill a slide for me for a red dot. They screwed up the threads to secure the dot and milled into the safety bore. I contacted them about the issue and they said it was no big deal. The more research i did the more i found out how unsafe the slide now was. These guys stopped responding to my emails. Glock customer service told me the gun should not be used. I ended up not using the gun at all anymore. Customer service was terrible. The response from Robert was terrible. I have pictures of the slide and the email thread to back everything I have said. NOT recommended.

Great place to get new, used firearms, parts and gear . Owner is very knowledgeable and honorable. Lots of great help and reasonable prices. I have bought items from there and continue to do so. They also build and repair custom firearms.
