Can only talk to someone out of country, they don’t help you and keep telling you to go to their store that’s closed
there internet service sucks
We are snowbirds who use our service about 4 months of the year. When we leave we can put it on "seasonal" for 6 months then need to pay the full amount for 1 month before we can extend the "seasonal". No other company anywhere requires the one month "full payment". We are not there and are not using any of their service at all!! Every time I receive a bill my blood pressure goes up!! Can't understand whey the bills are impossible to decipher - even if you call a representative. Seasonal is $10 a month and that is the ONLY amount I should see on the bill. The rep I spoke to to day says it shows we are on "seasonal" then why does our bill say we owe $58. He says he will call me back because he can't figure it out! The WORST!!!!!!!!!!
Gotta be one of the worst unprofessional companies out there. Everything is Automated so it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone probably because there service and customer service is so poor they are tired of upset customers calling. If you have another option definitely don’t waste your time with suddenlink cus all they care about is your money
It's already all been said in other posts. They are the only show in town NOT much you can do and THEY know it too. Absolutely the worse but like I said before they can be!
