Kara booked a cruise for us and took care of everything. I never had to worry about a thing. We had a few reservations (dinner/excursions) were booked through her, and somehow they were cancelled (computer malfunctions through the cruise line) Kara was able to take care of everything, and handled the situation. My husband and I knew nothing of it, until we were on the ship and noticed extra onboard credits! Kara said she was notified of the cancellations, and got right to work! If I would have known, I would have been stressed out! We are going to use Kara for the rest of our vacations, she is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and has a passion for travel. The experience I received with Kara at Dream Vacations was the best and look forward to working with her soon!
