Novak Animal Care was a great choice for me and my dog. The people were nice and friendly. I didn't have to wait a long time before I was called back to speak with the Veterinarian. My dog had his exam and the vet was very thorough. She explained everything to me and gave me options for his care. Over all it was a positive visit.
The online booking was both easy and extremely convenient and the staff’s managing of social distancing during family intake was quite efficient. The team was courteous and informative and the Vet was very sympathetic, supportive and reinforcing while being clearly knowledgeable and conveying so in an accessible manner. Happy patients. 🐶🙂👍
We are full time RVers (so we are pretty far from home) and our dog got cut on her side pretty bad and needed stitches. They had a full appointment schedule but said “we can get her in”. The front desk staff and everyone we dealt with were amazing, very helpful and could have easily turned us away. We dropped her off, not only did they fit her in but they went above and beyond. Dr Patel (i don’t think that is right but i can’t remember) called and told me everything, very informative and was also very personable and friendly. Our Penny is all stitched up and happy. Highly recommend coming here, no wonder why they had a full appointment schedule. If we are even remotely close and need a vet again i will be back. Not to mention they have great pricing as well. Overall easily one of the top vets we have been to.
I am new to the area and was pleasantly surprised to find that I got my dog in fairly quickly. The staff is friendly which is important to me. The Veterinarian was very nice and very engaging and didn’t rush me out the door. I got all of my questions answered and my girl is on the road to recovery. Thank you for making us new girls feel welcome.
Novak was the best veterinarian I have been to. They were incredibly courteous and responsible during this Covid pandemic. It was nice that the lobby was as empty as possible considering that everyone has to be socially distant. I also deeply enjoyed the quality of service. I did not feel rushed, and I did not feel like the vet was there to sell me things my dog did not need. I took my lab in for an annual check up and shot update and it a incredibly easy. Dr. Katil was incredible and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Novak.
