I rented from Bernard Carrier this past late Spring/Summer 2020, and this is my strong opinion:nMr. Carrier seems to have a harassment problem in invading the privacy of female tenants. Also my beautiful beloved pet I found mysteriously dead inside my apartment after going grocery shopping and to the library. These narcissistic souls will do anything to smear any person who totally has their number. Be very careful.

Over charges and billing not itemized and takes advantage of people without explanation bad and no referring to my friends and family at all. Not a home town business made for southerners .
