I have worked with Casey (and Henry) on two separate occasions and both experiences were wonderful. They are both very knowledgeable and professional. They really customized my program in order to maximize my quality of life and what was important to me. I am happy to say that with their guidance, I have been able to avoid major back surgery. I will always be a patient of SBPT for any of my future PT needs.

The team at South Burlington goes above and beyond! I was in Vermont for vacation and was able to go in twice after six months of recovering from a concussion. Their patience, testing, and guidance helped my progress immensely and gave me a new sense of hope. Because I couldn't go to them in person as I'm out of state, they sent me on my way with a detailed plan for moving forward. Highly recommend!!

In January, I had injured my leg and didn’t know if I would be able to run or squat again. Henry listened to my concerns and spent a tremendous amount of time educating me on my movement patterns, what my weaknesses are, and how to improve. After a few months of working together, I have been able to return to my activities, pain and worry free!nnI now continue to go to South Burlington Physical Therapy monthly for preventative care and just to continue to learn! Overall, the whole team is amazing and engaging. At the time I walk through the door, everyone smiles and welcomes me in. I would recommend them to ANYONE!

According to my MRI and two orthopedic surgeons, I need a total knee replacement due to arthritis, torn meniscus, cysts, and other issues from ACL surgery 25 years ago. Henry, Casey and Emily built my program around what I wanted to do, which included skiing, hiking, running, and avoiding surgery. I’m several years out from that MRI and doing more now than I did five years ago. They are thoughtful and patient problem solvers who believe in the capabilities of the human body, and their mindset is contagious. Plus, they’re fun and they work hard as athletes and professionals. Highly recommend.

I have been going to EPT/SBPT off and on since 2016 for various injuries. For every injury they have come up with a plan to get me back to full strength with as few limitations as possible. The focus has always been on what I can do and what I want to be able to do rather than what needs to be eliminated from my lifestyle. To date I have worked through a shoulder dislocation, a sprained MCL, and joint inflammation of the opposite knee. I am still actively participating in all of the activities in which I sustained those injuries, with little to no lasting limitation. SBPT is now my first call for all my injuries and musculoskeletal pains that require intervention.
