TERRIBLE BANK. I just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago with my 2 kids, I had opened an account at the local us bank thinking it was a good idea. I only had the account for a week and someone in the branch CLOSED my account only after a few day’s of having it. They never called me or explained anything to me before closing it, I had to call them just to find out it had been closed. All they said was they would send a cashiers check to my address which will take 7-10 business days, when I could of just gone to the bank and gotten a check from them in person. I have 2 kids under 3 that I can’t buy anything for now because I TRUSTED US BANK with my money.
i have always had good service from everyone at this branch. not one problem
Everyone is friendly and easy to work with.
This branch is terrible. Angela the manager doesn't know what she is doing. She gives you a story one day, and feels free to deny what she says later. She is rude and lies, and other employees take their cue from her.
I dont understand why the kingman branch is still open. So many poor reviews and yet here's another one. If your looking for a good bank people, skip US Bank and go to something much better.
