Brought in two rings that needed repair. Jayson was very friendly and upfront about the work needing to be done and the quoted costs. I brought my rings in at the start of the holiday season and surprisingly got them back in just under a week! (I thought the repair was going to take much longer than that.) The rings looked brand new and the repairs came in under the quoted cost. Great experience.

I reached out to Krista through email on possibly getting a custom necklace made. She was quick to respond and so very helpful through the whole process. Everything was through email and she was incredibly kind and helped me get exactly what I was looking for! She would respond back to me when I had small questions and it was ordered and came in quickly. This was my first time getting anything through Argento Laraine and I was very happy with the customer service!

I walked in with a broken engagement ring (bought offline , wore it less than 4 weeks) and I was very upset and didn’t know what to do.nnThe owners were so kind and empathetic. They took the time to walk me through the quality of the broken ring and even gave suggestions on how to get a refund.nnThe best part was, together they helped me design a new and better custom ring . They would even text me with updates on the rings progress .nnI am so over the moon with my new engagement ring and I can’t wait to wear it for decades and decades. Will definitely be returning for my wedding bands and all future jewelry!
