I really like Nicole at the office in South burlington, my problem is strictly with the office themselves. I am sick of calling and them saying they will take care of it and it never is. I had problems with my claim when I got into my accident, and then when I found a new insurance agency and I canceled the current one they wrote down that I canceled a month later saying I needed to pay and sich and it was a long two to three months after getting letters saying if I dont pay it will affect me. I even sent them proof the first time saying I switched and it never went through. I finally called Nicole and she was awesome. She told me to email her the proof and she would take care of it and when I checked in with her a couple days ago she said it was still being processes but to disregard any other letters coming in. I havent heard back since. So again I like nicole, but can't stand All-State.

Unprofessional - the likes of which I've never seen. Very rude, terrible customer service from Nicole Citro herself. As a paying customer I don't need to be yelled at by someone who is supposed to be an adult, for things that have nothing to do with why I'm calling. Aside from being hung up on by someone who must be having just the worst day ever, this agency has been incredibly difficult to make and understand policy changes with. Usually I'm more confused after speaking with them, and I've been with enough insurance agencies to know that shouldnt be the case.
