I had to hire another fireplace professional to finish what Green Mountain Fireplace left behind after GMF installed a new Kozy Heat gas fireplace originally. The issues: an electric outlet plate left in plastic bag obviously never installed, exposed live electric wires without safety caps, the questionable claim that the fireplace worked when GMF left the property and someone else must have damaged the fireplace afterwards. My new vendor explained to me that the fireplace appeared to work on the battery powered secondary backup system, but the electric outlet powered primary system was never installed. I wish Sarah K. of GMF could be more customer friendly in her dealings with me and my realtor.
PERFECTION! The kindness of Sarah's service and professional follow through is to be applauded. She directed me to a lovely product and has done great product support. Andrew and Josh are the technicians who installed and did trouble shooting they were excellent in workmanship. Highly recommend!
I dealt with Sarah throughout this process of purchasing my first gas stove (Kozy Heat Birchwood) and I definitely enjoyed working with her. She is very knowledgeable both in sales and technical Installation; I also really liked that this was her family business, as I am in a family business as well. They worked within my budget and the guys that did the Installation did a really great job. Very clean, nice quality work. I would definitely work with Sarah and her team again.
Great service, delicious food. Even made an exception to let us have sweet potato nachos during brunch, when they're not on the menu. Yummy!!! Along with the farmers omelet & seafood grits with bloody Mary's to wash it all down. Definitely coming back!
Sarah helped us with a STUV insert which went into a very tight space. She was very helpful with the design and laying out our options. Jim and his crew handled permitting and the installation professionally and in a timely manner
