The girls that work there are very friendly, They made me laugh quite a few times. It is so nice do business with employees that act lie they really care. Upon my arrival I was treated with kindness and concern. I really appreciate that

I really like going to H&R block and having the same person do my taxes every year but it's so very expensive. I paid 138.00 for 7 minutes of the associates time. It was a little insane to me. My boyfriend had to pay 408.00 and he has to pay in. That's highway robbery. I unfortunately may get mine done elsewhere next year.

Alex seemed knowledgeable as to what he needed to accomplish, however I waited an extra 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment to finally begin filing my tax documents. I wish there was a better way for Alex to accomplish the prior person's tax requirements so that I did not get into the situation that I was in. As far as my experience I feel as though Alex was in a rush to get the next person in considering my appointment started nearly an hour late and I feel as though this may have had an impact on the results of the filing of my tax documents. I paid more than 200$ for this service and honestly I would appreciate a refund because of the circumstances that I was put in considering I missed another very important appointment where I did not receive a refund for being late after this because of the situation brought to me where I was forced to stay for the improper scheduling for this situation at H&R Block. I feel as though a refund is the least that they can do for the situation.
