I have been a patient at Richmond Family Medicine and my care has been five star. Deeply responsive, caring, and super competent. My whole family goes there and we feel like the providers and staff are like family.

I had seen Dr. Rabin for years at TCHC when the new practice opened and I followed her there and have been happy with my decision. The staff is wonderful; they listen to my needs and explain options and diagnoses carefully. I can always get an appointment with someone quickly. I know that the practice continuously tries to keep patient costs down, which is not easy for an independent practice in the current environment of corporate-hospital model of delivering health services, which I appreciate greatly. I love that a variety of services/practitioners are located under one roof and that they treat the whole person.

Been going to Richmond Family Medicine for years. Always happy. Recently went for Pneumonia and had a couple follow up visits. I called and asked if they could correct the billing. I was told how it could have cost me more money, and how it would have have cost more elsewhere, & a host of other excuses. I feel misled and very displeased with the customer service.
