Could I give zero stars, I would.nnThere was NO forewarning that I would be charged duty taxes upon arrival. I have NEVER dealt with a company that does not clearly state if these fees are not accounted for in the purchase and handling prices.nnWhen I emailed them to complain, the response I got back actually told me that I should have known there would be duties and that they had to pay out of pocket because they didn't charge me enough for shipping.nnIf I could go back in time and NOT do business with them, I would; as it is, they will never get any business from me again.
