Went to the store yesterday to get a backpack. My niece had one picked out and was excited about it. We got there and the one she wanted was gone. I was told by 2 different customer service employees that I can order it online and have it sent to my home "for free because it was not in the store". Then, I saw some signage that said the same thing. "Can't find it in the store? Order online and get free shipping". So, I get home, and get online to order. Nowhere does it state that I get free shipping because I couldn't find it in the store. I call customer service, and speak with Charlie. He tells me that I have to either spend more than $49.00 or sign up for a credit card to get free shipping. OR.. I can use the computer in the store... however, in this day and age... who puts their credit card information on a public 'in store' computer? Not me. I guess my niece will have to find something else.. SOMEWHERE else... because I won't be going back to Kmart. This is the last straw with this company. I try to never go in there, because I always feel like I have been ripped off when I leave, because the signs don't 'explain' the sales, or the people have to price check literally Everything! Now I can see why this place closed down. It looks like it hadn't been updated since the 80's. The prices were too high. The employees weren't the sharpest tools in the shed. Plus as another persob mentioned, the bathrooms were disgusting! What is it with Kmart and disgusting bathrooms? Every Kmart I've ever visited has had disgusting bathrooms.

Kmart is my favorite store in Kingman. From the wide variety of clothing to shoes to my electronic needs Kmart is a One-Stop shop. Their friendly staff is remarkable in this day and age to actually find good customer service in a store of that size. I don't think I've been to Walmart in the last 2 years because of Kmart. Checkouts are always fast and easy not to mention the amazing Shop Your Way Rewards program. I have saved so much money over the years because of the Shop Your Way Rewards card.

Very pleasantly helpful.extra help cheerfully on personal needs. Eg. Help out to the parking lot and more.

Went to return clothes TWICE. First time they took 30 minutes till I said I'll just said I will have to come in tomorrow because I do not have time to waste right now. The second day, they couldn't get it done. This store is a joke with employees that are not trained at all. Not even the manager knew how to refund anything.
