The pharmacist that was on duty August 3, 2020 is the RUDEST man I’ve ever talk to, I told him I had many question, he reply: better make it quick. I then ask about the manufacture of some of the medicine I was on, his reply was your doctor would know that. Incorrect it your job to know, not my dr.
Just got off the phone with Kelly at the pharmacy a bit ago and she is one rude piece of work. Zero customer service skills. I understand where she was coming from, but she did nothing to understand my issue. She's a stain on the reputation of the whole store. I'll be hard pressed to spend another dime in there. Hope it was worth it Kelly to have your attitude.
Love this place
Been waiting outside of the store until 7:00 a.m. to get scripts dropped off at 8:00 a.m. so I can get to work. pulled up to the window so I could try to hurry was sitting here before they opened the opened their window .they seen me sitting . never took scripts is now 10 after 8 and they still have not asked me or taken my prescriptions worse customer service ever. That's why I normally go to the one on Andy Devine
The management is amazing, very friendly, always smiling and the cashiers are just great.. well the was this one that I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me looking at the computer the whole time. I then asked her to look at me if she is talking to me and to please don't talk to me like I don't understand what your saying.. ughh.. sorry ..BUT YES I DO ENJOY GOING TO WALGREENS WITH THE AWESOME STAFF!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
