I got into the insurance field to help marginalized populations gain access to supplemental healthcare because I have seen how important it is by working with these populations in social work. When I first got my insurance license, I was excited to be able to help. I ended up with another insurance company and quickly became disheartened. It had become clear, very quickly, that my new coworkers focused more on the sales rather than the people. I left.nnThen I found American Income Life. I was hesitant at first due to my last experience, but I heard them out. Working at AIL has been completely different. Instead of how many sales did you make, it's how many families did you protect and THAT makes all the difference.nnI no longer worry about working 100% commission, either, because I know my income is protected. At AIL, we are a team, not an individual hoping to make it.

Adam was amazing to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and a real person who understands if that monthly price is too high. He was able to work the numbers to get us in the price range we needed but still getting us amazing life insurance. I highly recommend working with Adam!
