I went looking for raw lumber for a project so I'm only reviewing that portion - I didn't have any interaction with the milling/custom side of the business. The warehouse was super clean and very well organized. Not a huge selection of raw lumber (mostly domestics plus couple vommon exotics) but it was easy enough to find what I needed. Most of the raw lumber is S2S, which is actually nice as it saves a chunk of the milling process and guarantees thickness. I only wish they were open on the weekends as that's when the hobbyists and DIYers like me tend to shop!
I’m a newbie hobbyist woodworker and got great lumber, millwork service and advice from this company. Even though I bought just enough lumber for one small project, I was treated well. I don’t have a jointer or planar so they milled the rough lumber. Fast turnaround and super flat and straight boards made my glue-up tabletop as easy as it could be. Will definitely be back for my next project.

I am a new woodworker to the area and stopped by to see the stores products. They had a good selection of rough and dimensional lumber at comparable prices to other stores in the area. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful. They are moving to Essex in the near future, so check before going.
