WARNING; service really sucks at Cocoplum in Essex Junction, Vt.nWe purchased a $7,000 Capital 6 burner range, it was highly recommended by coco plums sales person. In less the 2 years we have had 2 service calls on this range, oven failures. Called last week to get service, they can’t be here for at least 3-4 weeks. I need a new circuit board, which they said they are not selling parts due to The Covid 19, they are not even willing to do curbside pick ups. Could be another month or so without an oven.

The installation and delivery guys were FANTASTIC. Could not have had a better delivery experience.

I was more than happy to support a small business. I bought a discontinued floor model Kitchenaid dishwasher for full price which I was fine with, but when I got it home I noticed a sizable dent in the front metal. 1270 is a lot of money for a dinged up and discontinued model. The salespeople were nice but I feel a little sick I spent so much money on this.

Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She provided a high level of customer service that you would be hard pressed to find in any big box store! I can not recommend this store and Shannon enough! Thank you ud83dude0a

Despite what other people have said in this online forum - I can 100% say Cocooplum has excellent customer service!
