At first everything was fine. I went for a mental health conversation and feel like the doctor really listened and tried to take care of me. Things started going downhill the second time they messed up my prescription. I had called it in 4 days before but when I went to pick it up on the day that I ran out, it couldn’t be distributed to me for another nine days. It was after hours on a Monday so I wrote an email explaining what had happened hoping they’d fill the prescription the next day(Tuesday) since the email says a response within one business day. No reply to the email at all, so I call the next day(day two without medication) and still didn’t get the prescription filled even though I called twice. I had to call the after hours on call doctor to get it filled before I went a third day without it.nTo add to that, the billing department refuses to contact my insurance company to handle a line of billing that they never sent over so I’m being billed for a flu shot that is covered. Their way of handling it is telling me to wait for the next billing cycle or “just don’t pay it”. They refuse to compare my insurance statements with their statements, they just talk over you explaining how much you owe. I was so frustrated with the people who didn’t seem to want to understand why I’m being billed for something that should be covered. When I contacted my insurance company, they said I didn’t owe a dime.
