Best dentist I have ever been to and the staff couldn't be nicer. It is true we had to reschedule once, but life happens and a person should not be blamed for that. Gentle, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, there staff was simply the best I have encountered. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I was a walk-in and they got me back right away. I was in extreme pain and could not get help from any other dentist office in town. The orthopedic surgeon extracted my tooth with in minutes and was in no way painful! The best services I have ever had! They were truly a blessing, Thank you so very much! God bless you all. I would recommend your office to anyone and everyone in town! Again God bless your staff and all of you at Riata Dental!
Sadly our family is no longer going Riata Dental. And its not because of Dr, Uldrikson. We really like him. Story goes: Family member with in for annual cleaning. During that cleaning hit a tooth that was sensitive and was told need an x ray on tooth. Family member said its ok. They insisted and then told family member was not going to finish cleaning with out it. Ok after one tooth x-ray they decided to do more x ray's stating its been over a year.$255 dollars later when paying the bill. I ask why being charge for x-rays when coming in for cleaning? Told they would reduce the bill and they never did.So after paying close to $500 dollars for cleaning and unwanted x-ray's Decided this king of robbery was not the kind of people we need to be going with... Once again say because Dr Uldrikson is awesome!
I have severe chemical sensitivities & cannot even go out in public. However, several years ago,I needed 2 extractions and this office worked hard to accommodate me and got me in & out quickly. I was very impressed with their work & compassion.
I had my daughter in there for a root canal. It was explained that they'd do the procedure and put a cap on the tooth. Root canal was done two follow up visits and all was well. Until a year later she went back for a checkup and they said they never pit the crown on because I her dad never told them to. And to redo all the work was gonna cost just under a thousand dollars. Ive already paid 600$ for the job to be done and my ins. Paid who knows how much on top of that. They say its my fault for them not finishing the job. And there's nothing they can do about it. I'll tell ya for me if I have a job there's a start point and a finish point I don't get half way done collect all the money and not finish and blame the customer. All in all I will never go there again I would never recommend this clinic and I would hope that these incompetent practices get shut down. They ask me why it didn't get done. What am I dentist I asked her. So waste your money here if your stupid. But I assure these people only care about there own greed. And can't even take responsibility for there mistakes. And actually 0 stars
