I have been a repeat customer and this year during the pandemic, financial I was in a emergency. I contacted them to inquire if there were any financial assistance I was told yes. So I brought my taxes in got them done, I inquired about the financial help I was told that there was no help and I was unable to get my taxes processed. But they were done.

the person who did my taxes was nice enough....but i made an appointment...had to wait 20 minutes past to be seen..appt was for an hour 2-3, i was seen at 220, then at 245 I was told that my time was up,,she would call me when my taxes were done, i have been doing taxes with HR for 5 years..always done the time i was there. Then was called a week later they were done, and then told i couldnt be seen till a week after that. Then went to my appt to sign. Appt was at 1030...wasnt seen till 11. Rep told me they were down 2 tax pros so they were backed up. feel bad for the receptionist. Phone was ringing off the hook. If the branch is down people.. Dont schedule every hour. space it out. There were many unhappy people there both times. Wont go back to that branch
