Terrible experience. My husband and I were new patients. Vickie (front desk) was knowledgeable and helpful and we greatly appreciate her. But neither the hygienist (Ryan) nor the dentist (Dr. Seth) introduced themselves. I can't remember any appointment when the hygienist didn't floss my teeth or my bridge. The hygienist checked for oral cancer and how my mouth opens. In every other office we've been the DENTIST does that. He also told me I have no problem with my jaw when I open. I have been seeing a TMD specialist for decades, and have an appliance, because of such a serious shift when I open my mouth. And I was told by a dentist less than a year before this appointment that I have a serious shift. Again, this is something that we are used to the dentist doing. The hygienist checked my gums. All other visits to other dentists the measurements were either a "2" or a "3". However, he told me that next to my bridge it was a "6" and he did something he said should help. When Dr. Seth came in he didn't introduce himself and glanced in my mouth for less than a minute; he accepted everything the hygienist said. The hygienist never once mentioned to him - nor did he ask - about the measurements in the gums. He also never told me if that needed follow-up, and, if so, how soon. My husband's appointment was no better. They were running late when we arrived (not a problem, it happens). But my husband said he had only half a cleaning - which enabled them to catch up on schedule. He had lost 2 fillings. When he went in for that appointment the tech laid out the instruments. The entire time she was hacking and coughing and not wearing gloves. (She did put them on when the work was being done.) And Dr. Seth left the packing in after he completed the fillings. Minor thing - we were told that they give out bags with product in, but neither of us received one. (Stopped in to pick some up; hygienist took another patient back to the room. I told him I just wanted the product we hadn't received. Would have taken him a minute to grab them, but he didn't.) Definitely won't be going back there. We expect the DENTIST (not the hygienist) to do an exam. It is common courtesy to introduce oneself to new patients. Staff who are coughing and hacking should not even be working with patients, but at a minimum they should be gloved when handling instruments. Removal of packing should be done by the dentist. And to receive totally inaccurate information - well, it speaks to the quality of care. We were seen in Kingman; I was told this location was new. Perhaps other locations are better. Also, this appointment was from December 2019. Although I tried repeatedly to post a review something wasn't working correctly and I was unable to do so. Obviously whatever problem was causing that has since been resolved.

Very quick to see you and take care of problems. The staff is friendly and efficient. It’s nice to find a dental office that doesn’t pressure you on decisions but provides comfort and assistance in doing what you feel is necessary at the time. Thank you for your service!

Super friendly staff, honest discussions on what needs to get done now and what can wait and on that rare occasion willing to stay late so as not to leave you in pain.

Beware, they're $89 first-time patient cleaning X-rays and exam. They may or may not be willing to clean your teeth. It's a scam to get you to keep returning to milk more money out of you. They think all people don't know what they need done for dental work.

I stopped here to get an idea about the costs and just get a feel for their protacall. I was pleased to see they were taking new clients. Their first day back from Corona quarantine. The front office gals were great! They got me in with the xray tech for a full mouth stay and Dr. Larson gave his analysis. Very thorough! It was a first time visit for $89. What I didn't realize was I was allowed a teeth cleaning by the hygienist also. It had been a couple of years since my last cleaning, in Phoenix, so he worked extra hard. He is the very best! I was given a written analysis of suggested procedures and estimates costs. My choice! No pressure! Hard to beat!
