We had been patients since 2013 and suddenly she wouldn’t refill scripts. We called and left a message over and over. Finally I called and left to at least let me know what was wrong. She had her receptionist call and say the Dr thinks it would be better IF you go somewhere else. Because I needed a refill of something she prescribed. At first she tried to get her patients to go the husband who is nasty to women. Uhm, no

Arrived for an 8:45 am appointment and no one was even there. Multiple elderly patients came in for assistance but all were told someone else has to help them. The doctor was so unprofessional and rude. Dont waste your time because they won't help you.

They very rarely will answer the phone. Don't call back after leaving a message. Wait for an hour in the waiting room even if early to appt. No direction as far as where to go or what to expect. Mane was very short with me when I finally saw her. I felt like we were cattle just being shuffled around til they could get us out the front door. It's been a month and I still don't have the referral I went in there for and have never been called by them, despite my message on the machine. Terrible healthcare.
