While no one enjoys getting injured at work Margaret has been great at helping me recover in physical therapy. She is excellent at answering questions and getting you on track for recovery. The entire staff is very friendly and even though you can’t tell under the Covid masks, I’m pretty sure they’re smiling under there when they greet you.

I asked the woman manning the desk for a band aid because blood was running down my leg and onto the floor, despite having a band aid on that I applied at home. I used Kleenex and she said to let her know if it continued. I dealt with it myself.nThe woman who did my x-rays came into my room after the Dr. had left a boot on the table and gone to get me a cane. She yelled at me and asked me why I hadn't put the boot on. The answer was nobody told me to and InI don't know how. I also told her to stop speaking to me like that. I had just been told that I broken my foot and ankle prior to that interaction.nThe young woman who took my blood pressure had to be told to clean and dress my wounds. I asked her to but she didn't until Oliver(PA) told her to.nIn the future I will choose another urgent care if the need arises.
