I wrote a review before but it seems it got censored. Many people myself included are extremely dissatisfied with how. They have chosen to purposly put obstacles in the road obstructing traffic. It's sad how little they care about divers.

Rich and his crew we're incredibly helpful in finding a parking solution when we were informed that we wouldn't have access to our driveway for several days. Prior to Rich helping us out, the director of parking enforcement informed us that it was not his responsibility to help us find parking when our property and street would be inaccessible due to construction. We were told to park in the parking garage by several members of parking enforcement, and that we would be responsible for paying for associated fees.

As a contractor I have worked for many years with the staff and inspectors at Burlington DPW. Frankly, I wish this site offered a six star option because I consistently get above-and-beyond service. The people I deal with without exception are caring and have always tried to be helpful to get the job done. Great crew!

They MAY look nice but it took a while for these govt slugs to get me my recycling toter and like typical Vermont, they give me every story on why I shouldn't have one.
