We got married a few years ago. I knew nothing about jewelery but luckily after looking around found Samar at Zales.nShe found exactly what I wanted and instead of having me purchase the ring that day she told me to wait til a certain date as a sale was coming. I can't even count the amount the percentage the ring was discounted and for the price my wife's look was priceless when she saw it. She gets compliments all the Time on the ring and I'm not sure we would of found anything like this anywhere else.nThere warranty and her customer service has paid for itself a dozen times over.nIf you're looking for something see Samar at Zales, you're in good hands.

Absolute garbage customer service. I purchased my fiancé’s wedding band in August. Our salesperson helped find the right size because my fiancé has never worn a ring before on that finger. He used the regular sizing rings (not comfort fit). Having no reason to put the ring on until very recently, when I jokingly proposed to him in our kitchen, he put the ring on and it was the wrong size. We returned to the store today to be told that since we’re out of the 60 day return period, we’re out of luck and there’s nothing they can (or will) do. We’re literally just trying to exchange the ring for the correct size. Same exact ring. A size different. I walked in with the receipt, bag and original box. They say we should have purchased a warranty when we purchased the ring. Except that we were told the warranty wouldn’t necessarily be helpful because it was a tungsten ring, so unlikely to sustain any real damage. So since our salesman didn’t size properly and didn’t inform us that the warranty (which I would have purchased if I knew it would help down the road), would help with returns and exchanges, I was stuck buying another ring. Thankfully, Hannoush was right across the way. He was PROPERLY sized and we were able to purchase a ring that fit.nnIt seems Zales is more about making money than keeping customers. Poor customer service, uneducated and shady salespeople. An excellent combination.

I Just want people to know that Zales is the best jeweler ever with summer being Zales she is the best sales woman and the world she make sure if there something you are really intrested in she will make sure you get it at a price you can afford summer has the best personality in the world she has helped me with my 3 carat forever us diamond and when I was about to give up my husband-to-be found and amazing diamond man's wedding band I didn't think I would ever be able to afford this ring summer made it all happen at 1A Zales diamond shows diamond wedding set I found was truly amazing and some are once again made sure I got my wedding set so I just want everyone to know there is not one ill bone in summer she treat everybody truly like their family now I must say we have York York is the best median sales man he has a great disposition wonderful and truly happy man he also make sure you get what your interests did in and takes the time to make everyone feel loved and like family I wanna say thank you to my team at the University mall Zales thank you summer and York I love you guys you're the best thank you for making all my dreams come true miss Blanchard and Mr.Parrow
