I got engaged on the Saturday before labor day but my ring was too big! Amy and Anna were the only shop open on labor day weekend and were able to size my ring so fast and it was very on budget. They did a great job, it fits great and I can hardly tell it's been altered. 10/10 recommend.

Our experience at Bella Lusso was nothing short of incredible. These ladies guided my husband and I to design the perfect wedding jewelry for our day, beginning with ideas that I had come up with, working through the process until we had perfected our set. We visited the shop multiple times to talk metal quality, gem size and clarity, and to tweak the design until it was perfect. I think I changed my mind maybe four times....? Anna was so very patient, and made sure that our experience was perfect. I recommend these ladies to anyone who asks.

Anna was amazing! I walked in unsure of what I was looking for but had a feeling I would know it when I saw it. She spent more than an hour with me offering great suggestions and making sure I had seen all of my options. In the end, she had designed a necklace and ring matching set that started with a pair of earrings. Her creation was exactly what I wanted. The work by the jeweler was perfect and it only took four days for me to receive the completed pieces. I was very happy with their excellent service and outstanding quality!

My wife and I went in for our anniversary, well a couple days before our 8th year! My wife had lost her wedding band but I had mine which was white gold!! So we matched it with another white gold diamond wedding band!! Also we had picked out a ring for myself!! So after $1,100 was spent and all three rings needed to be sized down! My new wedding band was secretly supposed to have BUNCHES 9-1-12 engraved in the As well as my old ring, that was supposed to be my original wedding right was supposed to be engraved with BANANAS 9-1-12! All our 7 kids and me and my wife have always said love you...the other person says Bunches and the last one says Of Bananas since we got together about 9 yrs ago!! My wife got my old wedding ring that had bunches 9-1-12 scratched like a child did it with a nail and it was redicolus and really ruined that moment that we can never get back plus the most important one of all the only wedding band we had left wasn’t even sized! Also and the most important one was my wife’s new ring that wasn’t sized and when they took it back to resize it it came back YELLO GOLD!! And with a white gold wedding band next to it and my new titanium you can very clearly see that it is yello! So as we waited for the only wedding ring that we had left from out wedding got sent out to get mealted and engraved with BUNCHES 9-1-12!! So wrong size wrong engravings all around including me that was like nothing we had or could find anywhere else in person or online!!nWhen my wife called and asked if that ring was ready yet 14 days later and complain about the yellow gold one she was convinced that the right we got was white gold and that she was wrong!! Also the engraving should have been on each others rings!!nIdk we spent a lot of money and I wanted this to be a very special anniversary and things got worse and worse!!nNot happy at all and my wife is devistated that she is suppose to fall in love with our wedding band that are all wrong and too big and not the right gold!! So I’m doing a review now but going in there very short to speak my 2 cent!!
