Have gone repeatedly, usually on Sundays, to Kay's since they now allow cleaning/warrenty work only to find they are closed, yet their website and their homemade printed signs at the entrances say they are open. After 30 minutes waiting at the door, the janitor told us they have been very flakey about being open as posted. This Kay's is the closes to us and even then it's an hour drive one way.

Worst customer service ever! Warranty is worthless and repairs take forever store is never open when website says it is!!!

Horrible quality and service. I got my daughter a mother’s ring for Christmas 2019 and within 3 months a stone fell out. Brought it in to be fixed and got a runaround until it was agreed that it will be replaced. It is now July 2020 and still getting a bs story and no ring. Don’t buy from this store it’s awful.

The entire staff is incredible. I am the stereotypical man who's knowledge of rings is they're round and are put on fingers. A little over a year ago, I went in and spent hours with multiple employees trying to find the perfect engagement ring. Every employee was professional, friendly, kind, helpful, and more than willing to make sure the ring is perfect.nnEven after the purchase was made, they were very helpful sure all questions I had were answered. Even if it meant making phone calls and doing extra researchnnAll of them make it seem like they have a vested interest in ensuring each customer is absolutely satisfied. Going the extra mile is gaurenteed.

Katie was awesome and professional. I am so excited to get my wedding band. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect one. She also helped me save money and explained the warranty info.. I am super satisfied with my experience today. I would come back here again and recommend Kay’s to everyone.
